Dr. Markéta Držková, Department of Graphic Arts and Photophysics, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic, is running a research project on “Innovative Printing” and you can participate New Possibilities for Print Media and Packaging – Combining Print with Digital”.

The survey is on the topic of innovative printing, which is handled within the European cooperative research project COST Action FP1104.

Innovative printing means printed electronics, printed intelligence, printed functionalities, combining print with digital, etc. The aim of the study is to learn about the awareness of these possibilities and the attitude of the industry towards these technologies and also to promote the discussion between industry and academia on the benefits that may be achieved.

To date, about 200 companies participated; both Western and Eastern European countries, bigg as well as small enterprises, employing a variety of printing techniques. The questionnaire is available here:
