Palletizing of newspaper bundles
Palletizing of newspaper bundles
Hello mailroom experts!
I am looking for systems to automatically palletize newspaper bundles. We are working on a concept for further automizing the mailroom of a large central European newspaper printing plant. At the moment they have 4 workers at each mailroom line to take the newspaper bundles and put them on pallets. In commercial print plants robots and other stacking systems are state of the art for such work, however in newspaper production this is normally not the case because the bundles are typically directly loaded into smaller vans and not stacked on pallete and then transported via truck.
Who knows such an application in a newspaper mailroom?
What manufacturer builds such systems? I only know Rima and Gämerler who have such systems for commercial printers.
I hope for your advice!
Best Regards
Moritz
Hi Moritz.
Danpalletiser has systems who can load arround 70 (and up to 90...) packages a minnute.
They are wery stable and prices are fair.
Dear Jesper,
thanks alot for this information. I will check out the palletiser solution from DANpalletiser and Segbert etc. and compare it with Robot-solutions.
Best wishes
Moritz
